PRODUCTION & DELIVERY
Your print is made to order by our printing partner in Latvia and delivered by an independent courier. Production typically takes 2–7 business days, followed by shipping.

For Romania, estimated total delivery time is 4–12 business days. Weekends and public holidays are excluded. These estimates may be affected by busy periods or carrier delays.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Estimated transit times after dispatch:
• Europe: 2–5 business days
• United Kingdom and Canada: 5–15 business days
• Other available destinations: 10–30 business days

Production time is additional to transit time. Customs processing may extend delivery. Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and other US territories may take an additional 7–12 business days.

SHIPPING CHARGES & DESTINATIONS
Shipping is charged separately from the print price. The charge for your destination and order quantity is displayed at checkout before payment. We deliver to the destinations available at checkout.

TRACKING
Tracking information will be provided after dispatch. Tracking updates may take time to appear.

CUSTOMS & IMPORT CHARGES
Orders delivered outside the EU may incur import VAT, customs duties or carrier clearance fees. Unless explicitly included at checkout, these charges are payable by the recipient and are set by the destination authorities or carrier.

DAMAGED OR MISSING ORDERS
If your print arrives damaged or your parcel goes missing, contact [email protected] with your order number. For damaged deliveries, please provide photos of the print and packaging where possible. We will coordinate with our partners to resolve the issue and provide the appropriate remedy under applicable consumer law.
