These terms apply to purchases through our online store.

2. Our products
Our art prints reproduce original artwork. Each product page specifies the print’s dimensions, materials and what is included. Frames and decorative objects shown in styled images are excluded unless expressly stated.

Styled images illustrate how a print may look in a space. Please refer to the product specifications for its actual size. Colours may vary slightly between screens and printed materials; this does not affect your rights if a product is defective or materially differs from its description.

3. Prices and payment
Prices are displayed in euros. Shipping charges and any applicable taxes charged through the store are shown before you complete payment.

Payment methods available for your order are displayed at checkout. Your bank or payment provider may apply currency conversion charges.

For deliveries outside the EU, import duties, import taxes or carrier clearance fees may apply as explained in our Shipping & Delivery policy.

4. Orders and changes
Please check your selected product, delivery address and contact details before completing checkout. Order details will be sent to the email address you provide.

If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us promptly. Because prints are made to order, changes may no longer be possible once production begins. This does not remove any applicable statutory cancellation or return rights.

If we cannot fulfil your order, we will contact you and refund any payment collected for the items we cannot supply.

5. Production and delivery
Prints are produced by our printing partner and delivered by independent carriers. Production and transit estimates, shipping charges and available destinations are explained in our Shipping & Delivery policy.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed dates. If an order is delayed, missing or damaged in transit, contact us so we can resolve the issue. Where we arrange delivery, responsibility for loss or damage remains with us until you, or a person you designate, physically receive the goods.

6. Returns and product problems
Our Returns & Refunds policy explains how to request a return or report damaged, defective or incorrect items.

Eligible purchases have a 14-day withdrawal period from delivery. Producing a standard print after an order is placed does not, by itself, remove this right.

Your statutory rights concerning faulty or misdescribed goods remain applicable, including the minimum two-year legal guarantee for goods purchased by consumers in the EU. Our printing partner’s claim deadlines do not replace these rights.

7. Artwork and copyright
All rights in the artwork and website content remain with their respective rights holders.

Buying a print transfers ownership of that physical print. It does not transfer copyright or grant permission to reproduce, digitise, distribute copies, commercially exploit the artwork or use it to create other products.

9. Questions and complaints
For questions or complaints, email [email protected] with your order number and a description of the issue. We will investigate and work with you towards a resolution.

These terms are governed by Romanian law, without removing any mandatory consumer protections applicable in your country of residence. Nothing in these terms restricts your right to contact a competent consumer authority or bring a claim before a competent court.

10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms for future purchases. Updates do not retrospectively change the terms applicable to an existing order.
